FaceArchitect processes facial photographs based on your explicit consent. This page summarizes processing purposes, retention, and how you can withdraw consent.
When you use filler or botox simulation features, the portrait you upload or capture is processed only to generate that AI visualization (via our backend and fal.ai, including Google image models on fal.ai). We do not process portraits if you do not run a simulation. Purchased credits are not used for advertising profiling or model training. If you use the complimentary welcome credit, that processing may be used to improve our models and service quality.
Explicit consent (GDPR Art. 9(2)(a); KVKK Art. 6/2) for sensitive face-related data. Contract performance for purchases via Apple/Google. Legitimate interest for fraud prevention and service integrity, balanced against your rights.
Simulations are filler/botox visualizations only. Portrait data is processed only when you initiate a session—not for unrelated tracking. Landmark geometry may be special category data (GDPR Art. 9; KVKK Art. 6/2). Inference uses fal.ai (Google image models on fal.ai). No persistent biometric IDs. Outputs are illustrative, not medical diagnosis.
You may withdraw consent at any time via Profile → Delete Account & Revoke Consent in the mobile app, or by emailing …@…. Because processing facial photos is essential to the service, withdrawal terminates your account and erases your data from our systems.
We log consent type, timestamp, policy version, locale, and app version for accountability. You can request a copy of your data export from the app, which includes consent history where available.
