You must be at least 18 years old to use FaceArchitect. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
IMPORTANT: FACEARCHITECT DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. All outputs are AI-generated simulations for informational and illustrative use only. The service is not a medical device and must not be used for clinical decision-making or emergency care decisions.
Generated visualizations may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended purpose. Results are speculative and do not represent guaranteed real-world outcomes. You are solely responsible for decisions made using generated content.
Purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store and Google Play billing systems. Renewals, cancellations, and refunds are governed by platform rules and applicable law. Credit usage is measured by eligible AI operations as described in-app.
You confirm you have rights and required consents for any photo you upload, including consent from identifiable third parties where needed. You grant us a limited license to process submitted content solely to provide requested service functionality.
You must not use the service for unlawful activity, upload content without consent, generate deceptive or abusive content, attempt to reverse engineer platform components, bypass security controls, or use outputs as clinical instructions.
The app, platform logic, branding, and associated materials are owned by Caymaz TechHealth or licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. Access to the service does not transfer ownership rights.
FaceArchitect relies on third-party providers including fal.ai, Eachlabs, Adapty, Firebase, Apple, and Google services. Their systems may apply additional terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party policies outside our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Caymaz TechHealth is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of FaceArchitect, including losses related to reliance on AI-generated simulations.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caymaz TechHealth against claims, losses, and costs arising from your misuse of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create legal or security risk, or misuse platform capabilities. Upon termination, your right to use the service ends immediately.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Caymaz TechHealth Yazılım Tic. Ltd. Şti. is based in Istanbul, Türkiye, with no branches or separate legal entities in other countries. Unless mandatory law cannot be waived by contract, contractual disputes are subject exclusively to the competent courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul, Türkiye.
We may revise these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted with a revised date. Continued use after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
