Data Processing Notice

This notice explains how Caymaz TechHealth processes personal data when you use FaceArchitect, including facial photographs sent for AI aesthetic simulation. This is a consumer (B2C) transparency notice, not a business-to-business Data Processing Agreement.
2. What We Process and Why
We process account identifiers, device data, uploaded face photos, generated simulation outputs, purchase/entitlement signals, and support messages solely to provide the service you request, maintain security, and comply with law.
3. Sub-Processors
Hetzner (Germany/EU) — hosting. fal.ai (USA) — AI inference; input images and outputs deleted after 7 days (server-enforced); SCCs. Firebase / Google (EU/USA) — auth, analytics, push; SCCs. Adapty (USA) — subscriptions; SCCs. Apple App Store / Google Play — in-app purchases; refunds and subscription management are handled by the store.
4. International Transfers
Data may be processed outside your country. Where required, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary technical and organizational measures.
5. Retention
Simulation assets: up to 7 days on our servers unless deleted sooner. Account data: until you delete your account. When you delete your account, data is immediately and permanently removed from our database, file storage, and related records.
6. Your Rights
Depending on your location you may access, correct, delete, restrict, object, or port your data. Use the mobile app Profile → Data Management or our Data Request page. We respond within 30 days where applicable.
